N\u00b021.368 (Ley PUSU): normativa, reglamento y material de apoyo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Municipalidad pone a disposici\u00f3n de la comunidad la Ley N\u00b021.368, conocida como Ley PUSU (Pl\u00e1sticos de Un Solo Uso), su Reglamento N\u00b030 (publicado en el Diario Oficial el 07 de enero de 2026), el Oficio N\u00b001149 del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente sobre la entrada en vigencia de sus obligaciones, y material de difusi\u00f3n oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de esta normativa es proteger el medio ambiente y reducir la generaci\u00f3n de residuos, mediante la limitaci\u00f3n de productos pl\u00e1sticos de un solo uso en establecimientos de expendio de alimentos, el fomento de la reutilizaci\u00f3n, la certificaci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1sticos y la regulaci\u00f3n de botellas pl\u00e1sticas desechables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 11 de la Ley 21.368, corresponde a las municipalidades fiscalizar el cumplimiento de sus disposiciones, en conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley Org\u00e1nica Constitucional de Municipalidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta secci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 descargar los documentos oficiales,
